01. What we log

Placing an order hands us your name, email, shipping and billing address, and payment details at checkout. A few automatic readings come in too — rough location, browser type, and which pages you scouted before ordering.

02. Why we log it

• Packing, shipping and tracking your extractor.
• Sending confirmations, shipping updates and support replies.
• Improving the trail (site) for the next visitor.
• Spotting fraud before it reaches checkout.

03. Who else sees it

We never sell your information. It only reaches the crew that keeps the shop running — payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics tools — and each gets only what they need.

04. Trail markers (cookies)

Cookies keep your cart intact, keep you signed in, and flag which pages need clearer signage. Disable them in your browser if you'd rather, though checkout may get rockier.

05. Keeping camp secure

Checkout runs over SSL encryption, and card details are handled entirely by PCI-compliant payment partners — full numbers never touch our own servers.

06. Your call

Ask anytime to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold on you. Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link at the bottom — one click and you're off the list.
