01. The 30-day guarantee

Every Trocador extractor carries a 30-day money-back guarantee starting the day it lands. Run it through a real oil change on the road — if it doesn't hold up, we'll take it back.

02. What qualifies

• Return requested within 30 days of delivery.
• No damage caused after the unit arrived.
• Pipes, clamps and cabling returned where possible.

Already used it on a trip? Still eligible — this is a performance guarantee, not a "keep it sealed" policy.

03. Starting a return

Email your order number and return instructions land in your inbox within one business day. No forms, no restocking fee.

04. Refund timing

Once the carrier scans your return, a full refund posts to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a couple extra days.

05. Damaged or wrong gear

If your Trocador shows up cracked, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, send a photo within 14 days — a free replacement ships right away, no return needed in most cases.
